This is my draft for my film magazine. I have edited this picture in page plus to create transparent effects on the drawn picture of mine which is the devil and the background in order to make the main character stand out. For my real draft i will have improve the transparency of the background so it doesn't clash with the devil. Also the font will need a better position but i am really happy with the drawing effect as it makes it look more sketchy and mysterious.

Drafting and planning - Slow motion drop of head phones
After the first victim has been attacked, the headphones in his ear will drop to the floor in a pool of blood in slow motion. This will express to the viewers what has happened, however they can not be too sure as i wont physically show the death appearing.
The clip on the right shows the ring falling from Gollum's pocket and shows it in slow motion. This is what i intend to recreate but headphones falling in blood instead

Drafting and planning - Information about Devil worshipers
On yahoo answers, i asked 'what are people who worship Satan called?' and this was the reply. By 8 people liking the comment. it proves that i can trust this answer and that the information is valid or else they would of all given the comment a thumb down.
This comment has shown me that Satanists accept the existence of God but choose to go against its methods and teachings.
I have decided to find out more information about satanists found on this link. http://www.churchofsatan.com/

Organisation - focus on main areas
With feedback from class, I was soon to realise that I didn't focus enough on organisation and drafting and planning so over the last week I have shifted my focus towards them.

Organisation + Drafting and planning - Photo's of villain
This is the photo shoot i did of my main villain for the film trailer. Some of these photos could be used for my magazine front cover or poster. I have also edited them slightly to give them a darker effect. This is because they are the villain in the film and they need to appear to have a dark side, shown by the first picture as the one side if blacked out.

Organisation - Effects i will use
I am playing tubular bells as the main music in my horror film trailer, and because of this, it links too much with 'The exorcist'. For this reason the calm horror music will be playing and then when they are searching for an exit, One of the main characters will be killed, which will then show the headphones in blood, playing the music. (The viewer will not see which character will be killed.)
After this the camera will be spiraling up showing one of the main characters dead and faced down on the floor with their hood up. The camera will be showing the headphones on the floor next to him covered in blood and from this the tubular bells music will be playing almost giving a feel of the music being diegetic sound as i haven't added it on top.

Research into similar products - Camerawork to use
In my film trailer there will be a mysterious dead body killed by Lucifer and the victims friends will be crowding round and scared. When this is happening the camera will be spiraling up and the tubular bells music will start to create a seance of tension similar to the knock out scene in the film snatch where mickey knocks out gorgeous George. The music in this is the most important factor as it creates the scene which is what to hope to recreate in my trailer.
Drafting and planning - Planning possible music choices
When my trailer Is playing I have decided that there will be some key non diegetic music playing in the background. For the music to be effective it must suit the theme of the trailer and the actions being performed so if there is quick paced editing in the scene the music must be quick but if it is slow then the music must add to the tension and create a chilling or happy atmosphere.
The music I will be choosing has no lyrics to it making it more of a melody, I personally feel that if my music was to have lyrics it could potentially distract the attention of the audience and reduced the spookiness of the trailer. The music I am thinking of is along the lines of this:
The tubular bells would be the perfect music for the fast paced editing in my film clip. However I do not feel that this music would compliment any slow paced editing used throughout my clip so it cannot be played all the way through. This means that I need to look for some sound that would suit the slow paced editing to play over the top and then when the disaster happens I will slowly progress into tubular bells.
